ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Caroline Duszynski was born outside of Seoul, raised in Buffalo, New York, and is currently based in New York. Her designs work to combine influences ranging anywhere from Tokyo to L.A.—and everywhere in between, to create new identities. While maintaining the brand ethos, Duszynski aims to relentlessly surprise and delight customers to bring a fresh, elevated sensibility into everything she does.

Most recently, Duszynski has been designing for Rowing Blazers as the sole designer—in partnership with the founders. She is the Senior Designer for Men’s, Women’s and Accessories across all product categories, from concept through bulk production. In addition, she is also a designer for the brand’s additional labels, Arthur Ashe, and knitwear brands, Warm & Wonderful and Gyles & George. She has also spearheaded exclusive collaborative capsules with global partners including Gucci Vault, Café de Flore, Grateful Dead, MLB, ‘47 Brand, Hunter Boots, Sperry, Babar the Elephant, Harry’s Bar, Murray’s Toggery, Arc en Ciel, JAMS World, Uninterrupted, Luke Edward Hall, U.S. Open, U.S. Rowing, and most recently, U.S. retailer, Target.

She was previously the innovative and strategic designer responsible for the launch of Faherty Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection. Duszynski worked directly with the founders from its beginning years with exclusively swim and resort-wear through its years of exponential growth as DTC, and expansion into wholesale—in outerwear, soft and structured wovens (tops, bottoms, dresses + jumpsuits), cut-and-sew knits, and sweaters—helping to formulate the strong Women’s brand DNA. During her time, Faherty expanded from three to 40+ retail stores with the launch of wholesale with Nordstrom, Shopbop, and Bloomingdale’s to name a few. With strategic growth, Faherty’s e-commerce business increased triple digits, leading to improved profitability.
